Go Fundy Events is pleased to offer Urban kayaking adventures for everyone! We have provided kayaking programs for Hundreds of Cruise ship visitors, Corporate team building programs & Events, Youth programs, Sports Teams and folks just wanting to get out and experience our breathtaking waterways. We would be pleased to customize a program to suit your groups budget and activity level. Share you ideas for a great kakaying Adventure and we will assist you with all of the details!

The following Program pricing is based on a minimum of 6 participants and are sample programs. Special group pricing is available.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS

COASTAL KAYAK/LOBSTER COOKOUT (4-5 HOURS, 2 HOURS ON THE WATER)

Your adventure begins with a 2-hour paddle following a coastal route where you’ll view limestone cliffs, a lighthouse and a bald eagle’s nest – all framed by the beautiful backdrop of the 400-mile long St. John River. Following your trip, its back to the beach to enjoy a lobster cookout at a sheltered picnic area. Your menu will include fresh-steamed Bay of Fundy Lobster, rolls, salads, corn on the cob or fresh steamed mussels in season and fresh baked fruit pies. Non-seafood options can be available with advanced notice.

Cost: $95.00 per person includes: all kayak equipment, paddling instruction, professional guides (guide ratio is based on the number of participants and the cost may vary depending on participants) and a Lobster cookout with all the fix’ins.
*Please note: Darlings Island paddle would include cookout under one of New Brunswick’s Covered Bridges (based on availability).

SUNSET PADDLE & PUB CRAWL (5 HOURS, 1 ˝ - 2 HOURS ON THE WATER)

Enjoy a sunset paddle on the beautiful St. John River. As evening approaches enjoy the calm waters and light laughter as your experienced, fun guides entertain your group with tales of the river. Keep an eye out for various wildlife species and don’t forget your camera to photograph the beautiful Saint John sunset! Now that you are totally relaxed it is time to pump up the evening with a true Maritime style pub-crawl. Your group will be transferred from the beach to 3 local bars for a fun filled evening of cool beverages, great food and live traditional East Coast entertainment. Tonight you will have a change to brag about your kayak adventure and the great memories that you have experienced.

Cost: $75.00 per person includes: all kayak equipment, paddling instruction, professional guides (guide ratio is based on the number of participants and the cost may vary depending on participants), 1 beverage per bar and munchies at the Saint John Ale House.

PADDLE & PAMPER (5 HOURS, 1 ˝ - 2 HOURS ON THE WATER)

Enjoy a paddle along the Bay of Fundy coastline at Taylor Island while keeping an eye out for various wildlife species including seals, seabirds and other watchable wildlife. Our Go Fundy Event guides will entertain you with tales of the Bay of Fundy and Taylor Island. Now that you feel one with nature it is time to totally relax at the Inn on the Cove and Day Spa. Enjoy an amazing lunch before you indulge in your favorite spa treatment (upper body massage, Spa Manicure, Spa Pedicure). This evening you will have bragging rights from your new paddle & pamper experience.

Cost: $149.00 per person includes: all kayak equipment, paddling instruction, professional guides (guide ratio is based on the number of participants and the cost may vary depending on participants), Spa lunch and treatment at a local day spa.

HALF-DAY PADDLE: (4 HOURS, 2 HOURS ON THE WATER)

Go Fundy Events guides will meet your group at a pre-determined time location (i.e. Meehan’s Cove, Dominion Park, Darlings Island or Irving Nature Park (tide dependant) and prepare all participants with safety gear and paddling and safety instruction before your 2 hour paddle. Enjoy the nature and friends that surround you as you paddle your single and tandem kayaks. With rest stops along the way, you will have opportunities to take pictures and enjoy life on the water! Learn about the history of the waters that you will be paddling from your experienced and fun guides.

Cost: $70.00 per person includes a seaside picnic lunch

FULL-DAY PADDLE: (6 – 7 HOURS, 5 HOURS ON THE WATER)

Explore the coastal waters of the St. John River and enjoy the watchable wildlife that surrounds you. Your adventure begins with a full safety and paddling demonstration by Go Fundy professional guides. Once comfortable in your kayaks you will enter the River and follow a coastal route where you’ll view limestone cliffs, sandy shores and view various species of bird and sea life. Enjoy a hot seaside lunch prepared by your guides. Don’t forget your camera. Your group will return to shore for a “Saint John Charivari” and a group hug!

Cost: $99.00 per person include: all kayak equipment, paddling instruction, professional guides (guide ratio is based on the number of participants and the cost may vary depending on participants), and seaside hot lunch and “Saint John Charivari” (a noisy mock celebration).

KAYAK ADVENTURE & RIDE THE RAPIDS (JET BOAT) (4.5 HOURS, 20 MINUTE JET BOAT RIDE & 2 HOUR KAYAK)

Your adventure begins with your Go Fundy Events guide at the Reversing Falls Jet Boat site. Your group will be suited up for a 20- minute thrill ride in the reversing falls rapids. Rain suits and personal flotation devices will be provided to all participants. You will get wet; therefore, we recommend that you bring a change of dry clothing for your sea-kayak experience. Your guide will then transport your group to the Irving Nature Park where your group will be provided with all kayak and safety equipment, paddling instruction and safety demonstration for your group to enjoy a coastal kayak experience. Once comfortably inside their tandem (2 person) kayak they will be pulled from the beach into the water by your guides and then proceed to paddle along a coastal route with stops along the way to view watchable wildlife and have opportunities to take pictures.

Cost: $85.00 per person includes: Jet boat ride, all kayak and safety equipment, paddling instruction, professional guides (guide ratio is based on the number of participants - 1 guide per 3 boats - and the cost may vary depending on number of participants)
